What this policy covers
This policy explains what K&L Yuma Insulation Company collects when you use our website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We're an insulation contractor in Yuma, AZ, and the site exists so homeowners can learn about the work and reach us, starting from the home page.
It covers this website and the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, call or email us, you give us what you choose to share. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the house and a few words about the job, like a hot upstairs room or an attic that needs more insulation.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type is stored there before it reaches us. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form, because we never need them to give you an estimate.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours uses analytics tools and cookies, which are small files your browser keeps, to see how people use the site. They can record the pages you visit, how long you stay, the kind of device and browser you're on, your general area and how you found us.

We keep your contact details and job notes as long as we need them to finish your work, stand behind it and keep the records the law or our business requires. After that we delete them, and analytics data is kept as totals that don't point to any one person.
We limit who can see your information and use services that protect what they store. No website or service is perfectly secure, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong, but we'll take reasonable care with what you give us.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act, and we may have to keep some records, such as a finished job's paperwork, when the law requires it.

Our site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
